1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "987ph," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the Platform at 987ph.cam.
• "Platform" refers to the website at 987ph.cam and all associated gaming services, features, and content.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" refers to a registered user account on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to real-money funds held within your Account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification processes required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body overseeing gaming in the Philippines.
• "Philippine Peso" or "₱" refers to the lawful currency of the Republic of the Philippines, which is the base currency of the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the registration process and creating an Account on 987ph, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes;
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current;
• You will promptly update your Account information if any details change.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register for and use the 987ph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, consistent with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for casino-style online gambling in the Philippines;
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 987ph or any associated game provider;
• You are not subject to self-exclusion from 987ph or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform;
• You are registering for yourself as an individual — corporate or entity accounts are not permitted.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a material breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

987ph reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. Specifically, you agree to:

• Create a strong, unique password not used on any other platform, particularly your GCash, Maya, or online banking accounts;
• Enable two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) from your Account security settings;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify 987ph immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

987ph will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from 987ph that requests your password should be reported to our support team immediately.

987ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this section. Any transactions completed using your Account credentials are deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified us of a security breach prior to the transaction being processed.

5 Deposits & Payments

987ph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following methods:

• GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and GrabPay e-wallets;
• QR Ph code-based transfers;
• Philippine bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank;
• InstaPay and PESONet real-time bank transfer networks;
• 7-Eleven CLiQQ over-the-counter cash deposits.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 across all accepted payment methods. 987ph does not impose deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Funds deposited into your 987ph Account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest. Deposits are processed immediately for e-wallet methods and within standard clearing times for bank transfers.

987ph implements transaction monitoring in compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Deposits that trigger AML thresholds may be subject to additional verification before being credited to your Account.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed full KYC identity verification, including submission and approval of a valid Philippine government-issued ID;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit ("same-method rule"), unless otherwise approved by our compliance team;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• Any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal;
• 987ph reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation (proof of address, source of funds declaration) before processing withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds.

Standard processing times for approved withdrawals are as follows: GCash and Maya — 15 to 30 minutes; BPI, BDO, Metrobank — up to 2 business hours via InstaPay. Gold and Pearl VIP tier members receive priority processing with a target time of 15 minutes.

987ph shall not be responsible for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing systems. In the event of a withdrawal dispute, you must contact our support team within 14 days of the withdrawal request being initiated.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

987ph offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Funds balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable;
• Wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum qualifying deposit amounts for each promotion are published in the promotion's individual terms;
• Only one bonus may be active on your Account at a time unless otherwise specified;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Account, per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method;
• 987ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with notice to affected players;
• Bonus Funds that remain unclaimed or unused at the expiry of a promotion's time limit will be removed from your Account without compensation.

8 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 987ph Platform — including slots, live dealer table games, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules accessible within each game's interface. General gaming principles applicable to all games include:

• All slot, table, bingo, and fishing game outcomes are determined by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. RTPs are published in each game's paytable;
• Live dealer game results are determined in real-time by a physical dealing process streamed via HD video. In the event of a technical failure during a live game, the hand or round in progress will be voided and stakes returned to players;
• Sports betting odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Accepted bets are binding at the odds displayed regardless of subsequent market movements;
• In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcome integrity, 987ph reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to player accounts;
• 987ph's decision on matters of game outcome disputes shall be final, subject to the escalation procedures set out in Section 15.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 987ph Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Using automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software that provides an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or bugs in Platform software for financial gain;
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any illegal financial activity in violation of the Philippines' Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA);
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's Account without authorization;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's operations or other players' gaming experience;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any person during KYC or account operations;
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your Account.

987ph employs fraud detection and behavioral monitoring systems. Confirmed violations will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where required by Philippine law, referral of relevant information to law enforcement authorities.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 987ph Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 987ph or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 987ph;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Platform content;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 987ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of gaming funds resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from Platform downtime or technical failures;
• Actions of third-party payment processors, including delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or other financial institutions;
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or acts of government.

987ph's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Responsible Gaming

987ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit;
• Loss Limits — Restrict the total amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders — Receive alerts after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours up to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform; this action cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

987ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse;
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• A request from PAGCOR or other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Discovery of suspicious or irregular betting patterns indicative of match-fixing or manipulation.

Upon termination for cause, 987ph reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance. Termination for reasons unrelated to player misconduct will result in return of verified real-money balances (excluding unmet Bonus Funds) to your registered payment method within 14 business days.

You may request closure of your own Account at any time by contacting 987ph support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours, and any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

14 Amendments to These Terms

987ph reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where the amendments are material, 987ph will notify registered players via email or Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure as described in Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 987ph shall not be liable for any harm resulting from your failure to review updated Terms in a timely manner.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of 987ph, the following process applies:

1. Internal Resolution: Contact 987ph support via live chat or email at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Our support team will investigate and respond within 5 business days;
2. PAGCOR Escalation: If internal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute may be submitted to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism for players of PAGCOR-regulated platforms;
3. Judicial Proceedings: Where PAGCOR mediation does not resolve the dispute, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.
